Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The drug is applied topically to the skin.
Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years of age: Apply 5 to 12 cm of gel (approximately 50 to 125 mg ibuprofen) to the affected area up to 3 times daily. The gel should be gently rubbed until completely absorbed. Wash your hands thoroughly after applying the medicine.
Children under 12 years of age: There is no appropriate indication for the use of IBUM gel in children in this age group. It is not recommended to use the drug without a doctor’s recommendation. Do not use the gel more than every 4 hours a day and for no longer than 2 weeks unless your doctor has told you otherwise. If it is not necessary to lubricate the hands for medicinal purposes, wash your hands after each application of the drug.
