L-Carnitine is a non-essential amino acid that helps maintain overall health by facilitating the transfer of fatty acid groups in the mitochondrial membrane for cellular energy production. It occurs naturally in red meat and other animal foods, but we recommend supplementation to maintain optimal levels of this excellent amino acid. Recommended use
