Ingredients:
Linden flower, black inflorescence, marigold flower, holly leaf, heather, lanceolate plantain leaf, Icelandic knotweed – thallus.
Recommended dosage and method of use: pour 1.5 teaspoons of the mixture into 0.25 liters of just boiled water. Cover with a lid, let sit for 12 minutes, and then strain.
We recommend drinking tea as warm as possible. Drink 1 to 3 cups per day, the most important being a morning cup on an empty stomach. The maximum daily dose contains 1400 mg of linden, 40 mg of linden and 200 mg of lichen.
