For the symptomatic treatment of brain-organic performance disorders. as part of an overall therapeutic concept for the reduction or loss of acquired mental abilities (dementia syndrome) with the main symptoms: memory disorders, concentration disorders, depressive mood, dizziness, ringing in the ears, headaches. Extension of the pain-free walking distance in peripheral arterial occlusive disease in stage II according to FONTAINE (“intermittent claudication”) as part of physical-therapeutic measures, in particular walking training. Dizziness, ringing in the ears as a result of circulatory disorders or age-related regression processes.
240 mg: To improve age-related cognitive impairment (deterioration of mental abilities) and quality of life in mild dementia.

Unless otherwise prescribed, adults over the age of 18 take ½ film-coated tablet twice a day. It is taken in the morning and evening without chewing with sufficient liquid.
