Adults and children over 12 years of age: For emergency use, 1 to 2 tablets orally every 4 hours (no more than 6 tablets per day). The drug should not be used in children under 12 years of age.

Elderly patients: dose adjustment is not required, except in cases of impaired renal or hepatic function.

Do not increase the recommended dose.

The drug is intended for short-term use. If symptoms persist or worsen, or if new symptoms appear, contact your doctor.
