Noshpalgin is a drug containing two active ingredients: ibuprofen and caffeine.
Ibuprofen belongs to a group of medicines called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
NSAIDs provide relief by changing the body’s response to pain. Caffeine belongs to a group of drugs called stimulants.
Noshpalgin is used for short-term symptomatic treatment of acute moderate pain, such as toothache or headache.

Dosage and method of administration
Dose and method of administration: Initial dose: take 1 film-coated tablet. If necessary, take an additional dose (1 film-coated tablet), but do not exceed a total dose of 3 film-coated tablets in a 24-hour period. Wait at least 6 hours between doses.
Contraindications

Do not take this medicine if you are allergic (hypersensitivity) to the active substance and/or any of the excipients.
It is not intended for use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age as no data are available.
This product is for short term use only.
The duration of treatment should not exceed 3 days.

Tablet core: microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
